To register on jtween, you must provide a valid email address, phone number, and accurate personal details. Each individual may only create one account.

Creating more than one account under the same identity is strictly prohibited. If detected, all associated accounts will be immediately closed and all balances and bonuses will be forfeited.

KYC Verification: jtween may request identity verification at any time. The following documents may be required:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method.

Jtween reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until verification is complete. Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. jtween will not be held responsible for any unauthorized access to your account.

Jtween supports all popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the method used.

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

• A member may withdraw a maximum of ৳5,00,000 per calendar day.
• Winnings earned from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Any withdrawal suspected of involving money laundering will be frozen and investigated.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once submitted.

General terms applicable to the welcome bonus:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only, once per member.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being forfeited.
• Jtween reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

All betting on jtween is conducted in accordance with the following rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Minimum Bet: ৳10 (may vary by game and market).
• Maximum Bet: Set individually for each event and subject to change.
• Odds Changes: The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are final.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Result Disputes: In the event of a dispute over results, jtween's decision is final.
• Live Betting: Minor delays may occur in live betting – this is normal and jtween is not liable for such delays.

Sports Betting results are sourced from internationally recognized data providers. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bets will be declared void.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jtween. Any account found engaging in them will be suspended immediately:

• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
• Using false or forged identification documents.
• Exploiting any platform vulnerability or glitch to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Engaging in money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other members.
• Impersonating jtween staff.

Jtween takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We never sell or share your information with third parties, except in the following circumstances:
